As Founder of The Maven Associates, Koko Kledjian leads a Los Angeles–based residential construction firm specializing in comprehensive remodels, home additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and custom home construction. With more than a decade of experience in Southern California, he brings hands-on leadership and a practical understanding of how to turn ambitious designs into well-executed homes.
Koko is closely involved from early feasibility and budgeting through permitting, trade coordination, construction, and final delivery. Working alongside architects, interior designers, and skilled craftspeople, he emphasizes transparent, itemized proposals, proactive communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and uncompromising attention to detail.
